Customers have a 2-year complimentary warranty on their ecgmeTM purchase. Your warranty covers any product fault or failure aspect that does not involve any human error or misuse. All product use, handling instructions and warnings must be adhered to.

 

Coverage includes, but is not limited to:

 

- Product arriving damaged or in an un-useable condition.

- Product failing to charge, turn on, or operate per user manual instructions. 

 

Protection does not include:

 

- Any product failure or damage due to failure to follow usage instructions (improper use).

- Product failure or damage caused by incorrect set-up or incorrect power supply application.

- Product failure or damage caused by dropping, impact or water damage.

- Scratches, dents, and marks caused by the user.

- Superficial dents, scratches or marks on packaging box on arrival. 

 

Warranty claims are handled on a case basis for each customer and subject to our approval. We may request that you provide photo or video evidence of the issue before proceeding with case resolution. Your order number or purchase receipt will be required to proceed with any warranty claims. We will notify you of how we will proceed in either refunding, repairing or replacing your item.

Guarantees that come with our devices cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

 

SHIPPING Policy

 

How long will my order take?

Shipments take between 1-5 Business Days to most Australian Metro Locations. This may vary for regional and remote locations.

 

Where do you ship packages from?

All our products will be shipped from our location in Melbourne, Australia.

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS Policy

 

Returns:

 

If the item was received in a damaged or unusable state, your product will be covered under our product warranty, and you will be eligible for either an exchange or refund. 

 

To return an item, please contact us at: support@biosigdx.com, or on 1300 463 246.

 

We offer free return shipping and will generate a return label for you to send back your item for review, however, customers will be required to prepare their own delivery satchels to return the item.

 

To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

Your item must be returned with its original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

 

Refunds will only be processed after an initial review of the damage to a product. We will then notify you of your return’s status via email. We kindly ask that you allow, 6-8 business days for returns to be reviewed.

 

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):
